The aromas explode in a sublime bouquet of black fruits, cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant, accompanied by elegant vanilla, baking spice notes, rich and expressive with a silky finish.
This exceptional cuvée is produced in Languedoc, north of the Camargue, close to the Mediterranean Sea. The grapes are harvested at night in the coolest hours. After de-stemming, they go directly into vats, where they macerate gently for several weeks. Fine and delicate wood aging completes the complexity of the aromatic palette. The maturation will last 6 months.
