Green apple, pineapple and honeycomb notes abound in this nicely put together Sancerre. Soft lemony aromas on the nose lead up to hints of toasty almond and grapefruit come mid-palate. Racy acidity makes this a good choice for steamed mussels or spaghetti vongole.

Founded in 1987, the Pascal Jolivet domaine, which is based in Sancerre, has grown to become one of the most dynamic producers in the Loire Valley. Grapes are grown directly on prime vineyards, with some being sourced from respected growers in the region. Pascal Jolivet keeps natural winemaking at the forefront, practicing environmentally friendly techniques. Their philosophy is to let nature shine through.
