"Les Cosmics" is a lovely expression of Aligoté that doesn't skimp on bouquet (scent) or taste. Eight months on the lees (pulp and other grape matter) gives the wine the boots it needs, in conjunction with an addictive mouthfeel that keeps you coming back for more. This may sound odd but try it with butter popcorn. Thank us later.
After studying viticulture, ten years working in this sector, and a few years making garage wine, Peter Gierszewski decided to try the adventure of settling in. Then, in 2009, the Domaine de Thalie was born. The adventure began with 4.5 hectares of vines and an old farm. Ten years later, after hours of work and labor in the vineyards, the Domaine took shape. The vines are beautiful and productive. The house, which is also the cellar, is functional and in the image of the Domaine de Thalie family business.
