Domaine Puech Cocut is a property of the Château Raissac, which is located near the Orb River, just north of Béziers in the heart of Languedoc. The vineyards, situated right by the Mediterranean, work with 11 different grape varieties. Production is overseen by owners Marie and Gustave Viennet, with a focus on handing everything on-site — from growing to bottling.

Soil Type: Clay/Limestone/Chalk/Pebbles Each parcel is fermented separately. Skin maceration after destemming, fermentation at 16°C during three weeks. One month of aging on lees with stirring.
