The excellent structure of this Washington State wine owes thanks to the cool continental climate where it's grown. Not overly fruity, this Cabernet Sauvignon offers a concentrated palate of cassis, blackberry, black cherry and purple plum (plus a lil' touch of oak). Enjoy with roasted game, beef dishes, or lamb.

Castle Rock Winery was born in 1994, and since then they’ve carved an eNoiable name for themselves because they’re able to create top-notch wines at affordable prices.
