The excellent structure of this Washington State wine owes thanks to the cool continental climate where it's grown. Not overly fruity, this Cabernet Sauvignon offers a concentrated palate of cassis, blackberry, black cherry and purple plum (plus a lil' touch of oak). Enjoy with roasted game, beef dishes, or lamb.
